Agreement

Optima Logistics and the Client hereby acknowledge that the following Standard Terms & Conditions are incorporated in & make a part of the Agreement between the parties hereto. These Terms & Conditions may be varied at any time, with or without notice. You accept that these Terms & Conditions must be read & agreed to. Our Terms & Conditions apply to all previous, current & future clients.

Engagement & Services

The Agreement is between Optima Logistics and the Client named in the booking form. The Client wishes to engage Optima Logistics and Optima Logistics accepts the engagement to provide nominated Services to the Client.

Contract and Payment Arrangements

An electronically signed Booking Form and 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is required within seven (7) days of your booking date. The Client agrees to pay the Fee to Optima Logistics. All amounts payable under any Agreement are inclusive of GST.

Cancellations

Should a cancellation be made within 30 days of the booking date, Optima Logistics will refund any Deposit received in full. Should a cancellation be made within 7 days of the booking date, Optima Logistics reserves the right retain any Deposit received.

Loss or Damage

Optima Logistics shall carry out all services involved with due & professional diligence. In the case of freight damage or loss, Optima Logistics & the Client agree that the liability of Optima Logistics shall be limited to a full or partial refund of any money paid under this agreement, which shall be in full & final satisfaction of any damage or loss suffered.
